The following dates are early release days.  Students will be dismissed from school at 12:15pm.

In addition to the dates listed above, all Thursdays are early release days and students will bedismissed at 12:15pm

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten Families

TK and Kindergarten Orientation: Friday, August 7th 

TK 10:00-10:50

Kindergarten 11:00-11:50

Come to McKinley and meet your child’s teacher, see their classroom, and receive important information for the first day of school

The tour will start in the auditorium

Class lists for TK and kindergarten students will be posted at the beginning of orientation

The first two weeks of school (August 10th - August 21st) will be minimum days for our TK & Kindergarten students. Students will arrive at school by 8:25 and will dismiss at 12:15. 

If your child is enrolled in Primetime or Character Builders, childcare will be provided to TK and kindergarten students starting at 12:15 during the first two weeks of school and each early release day

Starting Monday, August 24th, the school day is 8:25-3:00. (No school Monday 9/7 Labor Day)
